Jason Patchen has more than fifteen years of experience in managed care and related healthcare technology service. Before joining the American Healthcare Holdings family, where he also serves as CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Health Integrated, Inc. As one of the largest disease management companies in the United States, Health Integrated provides a variety of healthcare services for the chronically ill in the commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets. Mr. Patchen was instrumental in growing that company from its early stage to a multimillion dollar enterprise.
A winner of the Tampa Bay Business Journal's "40 under 40" award for promise in business, Mr. Patchen also has been recognized as one of the most influential people in healthcare by the Florida Medical Business Journal. Past experience includes co-founder and President of WebHealthy, Inc., an e-healthcare and provider management services company with revenues of $20,000,000, and Vice-President of Corporate Development at Heritage Southeast Medical Group, a startup company in the State of Florida, where he was instrumental in generating revenues of $70,000,000. Mr. Patchen began his healthcare career as a Department of Health regulator for the State of New York. He holds an MBA in Finance and is an affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Jim Clark has over twelve years of experience in healthcare information technology. Prior to joining the American Healthcare Holdings family, where he also serves as COO, he was co-founder and President of Soft-Aid, Inc.a practice management software company he built over a seven year period and sold to Visionary Medical Systems, Inc. in 2004. Previously he worked with Catalyst Ventures, a strategic consulting firm engaged in mergers and acquisitions, where he led, and closed, capital raising and acquisition projects in various industries. Mr. Clark has extensive experience in the areas of sales and marketing, business development and finance. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
Garret Erskine has over 15 years experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on practice and revenue cycle management. Most recently, he founded Med-Billing Corporation, which was acquired by MD Synergy, LLC as the foundation of its service division and where he assumed the role of COO.
